Salman Khan’s Sultan day 10 box office: Gross India business is Rs 320 crore

Sultan is a juggernaut which refuses to stop. The Salman Khan, Anushka Sharma film has earned a gross of Rs 320 crore at the box office and is still going strong.

The net profit of Sultan in India is Rs 236.59 crore at BO and the international figures for the film are yet to come in. Trade analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted that the film is already Salman’s second biggest hit ever, having left Kick behind. Adarsh tweeted that the coming weekend and the ensuing week will test Sultan’s real strength: “While #Sultan remained STRONG on weekdays, after a JUBILANT 5-day weekend, its biz in Weekend 2 will be an indicator of its future trends… #Sultan concludes its extended Week 1 [9 days] on a HISTORIC note… Biz from Wed to Sun was SPLENDID, with each day crossing ₹ 30 cr.”

Based on Sultan’s box office performance, Salman is already Bollywood’s numero uno. On Thursday, DNA reported that a top TV channel has offered the actor Rs 1,000 crore deal for the satellite rights of his next 10 releases and appearances on the channel. This will reportedly include Kabir Khan’s next film Tubelight and Raj Kumar Santoshi’s as-yet-untitled project.
