Taapsee Pannu is one such Bollywood actor who likes to stay fit and takes up various routines to do so. The Chashme Baddoor actress, who is currently shooting in Goa for Prakash Raj’s upcoming directorial debut Tadka, has been practising a new fitness regime. According to a source, Taapsee has been seen doing free-sand running in Goa early morning before beginning her shoot.

“I wanted to try something extremely new and active and lately been hearing a lot about free running — its the basic stage of parkour action — and opens up your body really well, and leaves you energised all day long. It’s extremely refreshing to try this new sport,” Taapsee said.

It has always been fitness first for Taapsee, who is trained in Krav Maga, a self-defence technique, and likes to indulge in squash, which helps her stay fit. It would be interesting to see how this fitness freak fares with this new regime.

Apart from Tadka, Taapsee will also be seen in Pink, with megastar Amitabh Bachchan, and Rana Daggubati in Ghazi.
