Actress Mahie Gill, who was last seen in Buddha In A Traffic Jam is apparently pregnant. The actress was spotted with a very visible ‘baby bump’, while shopping at D’Decor in Andheri, Mumbai, today afternoon.
A source, who spotted the actress, said, “Mahie is pregnant. Her baby bump was visible even though she was wearing a loose kurta. It looked like she had entered her third trimester. She wasn’t wearing wearing any make-up and yet looked beautiful.”
When we rang Mahie up for a confirmation, the actress reacted asking: “Who’s told you that?”
Further into the conversation, Mahie accepted shopping at D’Decor, but said, “I have put on a lot of weight because of my back problem due to which I have also not been exercising.”
So, not pregnant for the moment right? We double-checked.
“Give me your number. I will let you know very soon whatever it is,” she replied, with a smile.
Just to put it in context, it’s interesting to note how the actress was absent from the promotions of Buddha In A Traffic Jam and the same was then attributed to her ill-health. We wonder if it’s really ill-health, or an impending visit from the stork that contributed to her prolonged absence.
