
Remo D’Souza is on cloud nine after winning the first National Award of his career. The director-choreographer won the prestigious honour for his brilliant dance choreography for song Deewani Mastani in Bajirao Mastani.
Speaking to IndianExpress.com over phone, a joyous Remo said, “I am happy. I have won many awards but it is the national award that I was waiting for. This means everything to me. Remo also revealed that he was hoping to win the honour this year. “I was hoping I will win it this year. I had two good films, ABCD2 and Bajirao Mastani. I am happy I finally won an award.”
