Alia Bhatt describes her experience of working with Rishi Kapoor as an amazing one. And the young actress can’t stop raving about Rishi’s professionalism for sitting in a chair for close to five hours to get his prosthetic make-up done to attain the older look.
“Hats off to him for sitting in that chair for five hours to get that make-up done,” said Alia.
For Alia working with Rishi Kapoor taught her a big lesson in undying zest for acting. “He is an amazing, entertaining and fun person to have on sets. One thing that I have learnt from him is passion. He is as passionate for his work today as he was in the beginning. And if you have such passion then sky is the limit,” said Alia.
Commenting on why she chose to be a part of Kapoors and Sons, Alia said, “The story appealed to me. One would imagine I would look at my screen time, how many songs I am a part of, who is the director and all that jazz. But that is not what I look at. Among all the characters that I have played, this one has the least screen time. I like story and my character and that is why I signed the film.”
Kapoor and Sons also stars Sidharth Malhotra and Fawad Khan. It is going to release on March 18.
